Zucchini and Squash Bake

2 Large Zucchini (Cut into Japanese steakhouse rectangles) 2 Large Squash (Thinly Sliced) *I microwaved them for 3 minutes each to make sure they would cook faster. Eggplant Parmesan…hold the parmesan

Eggplant Thinly Sliced Dipped lightly into olive oil, garlic combo and dipped into Panko breadcrumbs. Sautee in frying pan with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 400.
