How’s that blogging thing going? People ask me this all the time. I’m not exactly rolling in the moola from blogging…so if that’s how you’d gauge my success than it’s not going well. Blogging, however, has given me so much!
First of all, I’m constantly overwhelmed and surprised that anyone reads what I have to say. I’m so grateful for you, my readers. Every time I get a comment, suggestion or just a little encouragement, it makes it all worthwhile. I put a lot of heart into my blogs and I dedicate a lot of time to putting them together. And without the support from everyone, I’m not sure I would have stayed so dedicated. Thank you!
I’m so grateful that I have such an explicit chronicle of my life at this moment. I know many years from now when things actually calm down, I will feel such a yearning for these years. I will be removed from the chaos of having such young kids that I will forget what our life was like. I’m so thankful that I have this virtual “scrapbook” full of my thoughts, concerns and pictures of my kids at such pivotal stages.
Thank you to my amazing technical support that keeps my webpage up and running despite hacking, programs new pages for me under tight deadlines and manages my advertisers. This is just another example of how I not only struck gold in choosing someone to live with, raise a family, share my life but also act as admin to my blog. Thanks Ad, worlds could never properly express how grateful I am for you.
Blogging has given me a creative outlet that all the art projects in the world could never. Blogging has provided me with free therapy on my hardest days. Blogging has given me the chance to stay connected to other people. There are days that I feel that I don’t have it in me to gather my thoughts and put them out here. Then I force myself to do so and I’m never disappointed. I’m grateful that I have kept with this “hobby.” Thank you Mommy’s Two Cents!

I completely agree with you…well said! It’s so rewarding to know people care about what you have to say! I love hearing people say they’ve tried a recipe or when I get feedback on the site. I keep thinking how great it’ll be to one day be able to show my children what I’ve accomplished!
