This recipe has become my family’s (as well as everyone else I have introduced to it) favorite fall treat. And although I said I was not going to bake anymore, I have found myself baking again. I have to give credit to my friend, Ashley Kamin, who introduced me to this awesome fall favorite.
Pumpkin Bread

 Ingredients
 - 3-1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cups sugar (I sometimes make it with 1-1/2 cups to make it more low-cal)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- ⅔ cups water
Instructions
 - Sift dry ingredients together and add to combined wet ingredients. Mix well and pour into two greased pans (loaf pans). Cook for 1 hour on 350.
