Momma’s Got Some Bling

Disclaimer: I am by no means being compensated for this post. I am merely sharing information based on my experience. The only benefit being to help out a friend. If Stella & Dot would like to compensate me for this blog, I will gladly take any sort of compensation they see fit for this glowing review 🙂

I have a friend who became a Stella & Dot representative. One summer in college I “interned” at Vector Marketing, which really meant that I sold Cutco Cutlery. I am very compassionate to what it takes to ask your friends and family to jump on board with a high end product you are selling. Because of that I was sympathetic to my friend and said I would have a party.

I am totally not one of those Partylite candle fans. I do not want to go to an Arbonne party. I mostly avoid putting myself in a circumstance that I will buy something I unnecessarily need because I am at a party (I already did that once with Pampered Chef, not sure I ever used that cheese knife or cookbook). Anyway, I used this as an excuse to throw a brunch and didn’t have many expectations of the event.

I, not only loved the party, love Stella & Dot! I had looked at the catalog ahead of time and didn’t expect to fall for the accessories like I did. My most favorite piece is my charm necklace that represents my children to me but looks like a super cool necklace too (not just a kiddo charm one that everyone has).

I did find their stuff to be pricey. Partly because places like Forever 21 and Discovery have made accessories so dirt cheap that you sometimes forget that good costume jewelry costs money. The best part, though, was that I got so many free pieces from throwing the party.

I highly recommend throwing a party and stocking up on some cool Stella & Dot accessories. I also recommend doing it with Sarit Ashmann 🙂
