Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir together the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Fold into egg mixture. Add the oil and cranberries.
Pour into two greased and floured 9"x5"x3" loaf pans. Bake for 55 minutes to one hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
